Born and raised in Paris, Charles has been living and working in the UK for the past 12 years. Falling in love with the hospitality industry in Leeds while polishing glasses, Charles soared through the bartending industry learning and growing with each project he took on. Throughout his career, he has been committed to surrounding himself with talented, focused and inspirational characters in order to learn from them and foster his natural talent for the bar industry. From managing a portfolio of cocktail bars to running popups and large scale events for premium alcohol portfolios and immersive event companies, he was able to showcase his passion, attention to detail, knowledge and dedication for every production he was part of. From the beginning to the end of a project, Charles ensures that every detail has been thought of and considered, while always planning ahead with the big picture in mind. He created Fire & Fly as his latest destination. A place where collaboration, creativity, flexibility and foresight are the foundations of the business.
